Your Gas safe registered engineer will arrive promptly and show you his gas safe registration card – He will ring if he is unavoidably delayed , but this would be exceptional.
Your engineer will be friendly and polite and willing to wait should you wish to verify his identity with gas safe register.
Your boiler will be serviced fully in accord with gas safe regulations and industry practice.
Your engineer will not leave any mess and will provide you with documentation confirming the service details.
Finally you will be asked to confirm that you are satisfied with the service and only then your engineer will collect payment of the service by your chosen payment method [ card, cheque, bank transfer or cash] for which a receipt will be provided.
